I started with one of the trust’s academies as an Apprentice ICT Technician and with some hard work and amazing opportunities I have worked my way up to Acting Director of ICT for more than 20 academies across the north of England. My job gives me fantastic opportunities to travel and meet new people, this means that every day brings a new exciting challenge and no day is the same. I’m excited to be a part of a great ICT Team and also a part of Northern Education Trust.

I began working in the community zone in 2014, throughout my time here I have progressed through various roles that have been offered to me by the trust. I now work as a Finance Assistant for the central team and have been able to gain lots of skills and knowledge along the way that has enabled me to continue to better myself.

I am now working for the Central Finance Team and studying my AAT with the support from NET.

I thrive on new opportunities that have been presented to me throughout my career with NET. I worked my way up from a community zone assistant to learning manager and now a qualified PE teacher with full-time teaching position in NET.
